Boca
Chica Crossing Shopping Center
The
Boca Chica Shopping Center is a multi-commercial
shopping center comprising 90,308 sq. ft. with
store fronts from 1,000 square feet and up. It
has a parking area that can accommodate in excess
of 425 vehicles. It's surrounded by a large residential
and commercial area. Has three access points to
the property, two of which are regulated by stop
lights. The Boca Chica Shopping Center is an example
of the major local improvements in the area; it's
centered at a strategic traffic area locally known
as “The Four Corners”. Heading in any compass
direction on the major roads intersecting at Four
Corners will take you to one of the following:
NORTH: The Port of Brownsville and South Padre Island
SOUTH: One of the four International Bridges giving access to Matamoros, Mexico.
EAST: The Brownsville International Airport and Boca Chica Beach
WEST: Boca Chica Boulevard business district and US 77/83.
